What is the International Foundation Year?

Choose Your Subject Route
Muscat Foundation Acadamy is currently offering the Business and Engineering stream with core modules in Economics, Mathematics for Business, and English for Academic purposes while the Engineering program incorporates core modules in Physics along with other related modules. On successful completion of this course, you will be guaranteed entry to a wide range of Business, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Law and Humanities degree programs in the UK and worldwide.

Business Stream
The NCUK International Foundation Year (IFY) in Business is a one-year qualification with the core modules being Economics, Mathematics for Business, English for Academic Purposes. It is designed to prepare international students for entry to undergraduate degree courses at reputable English-speaking universities around the world.
Engineering Stream
The NCUK International Foundation Year (IFY) in Engineering is a one-year qualification designed to prepare international students for first-year entry to undergraduate degree courses at reputable English speaking universities around the world. The core modules are Physics, Mathematics for Engineering, Further Mathematics and English.
Science Stream
The NCUK International Foundation Year (IFY) in Medicine is a one-year qualification designed to prepare international students for first-year entry to undergraduate degree courses at reputable English speaking universities around the world.
